The journey to becoming an airline pilot is filled with challenges, breakthroughs, and unforgettable milestones — and for the pioneering Batch 1 of the Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program, one such milestone has just been reached: 100 hours of flight training.
These cadets, trained under the prestigious Airworks Aviation Academy, have now logged their first hundred hours in the sky — a clear testament to their hard work, passion, and commitment to the dream of flying commercially. But more than just numbers, each flight represents the sharpening of skills, the building of confidence, and the transformation from students into aviators.

Launched in partnership with Cebu Pacific Air, the Cadet Pilot Program aims to shape the next generation of airline pilots through world-class training, discipline, and a strong safety culture. It offers a unique opportunity for aspiring aviators to pursue their pilot license with the end goal of joining Cebu Pacific's growing team of First Officers.
At the heart of this transformative journey is Airworks Aviation Academy, one of the top pilot training schools in the Philippines. Known for its large fleet, highly experienced instructors, and international-standard training programs, Airworks plays a critical role in molding cadets into competent, confident pilots ready to take on the skies.
This 100-hour milestone is just the beginning of an even greater adventure.
