Emirates, one of the world’s leading airlines, is bringing its global hiring initiative to the Philippines as it searches for skilled aircraft technicians to join its expanding engineering team in Dubai.

As part of its large-scale recruitment campaign, Emirates will hold roadshows in Manila on October 14–15, 2025, giving Filipino aviation professionals the opportunity to learn about job openings, career growth, and life in Dubai. The sessions will also showcase the airline’s advanced facilities and commitment to developing global aviation talent.
The Emirates Group recently announced plans to hire 17,300 professionals across 350 different roles this financial year — from pilots and cabin crew to engineers, ground staff, and IT specialists. The addition of Filipino technicians to their workforce highlights the Philippines’ growing reputation as a hub for aviation expertise and technical skills.
Successful applicants will join Emirates’ state-of-the-art engineering operations in Dubai, where the airline is constructing a new high-tech maintenance facility at Dubai World Central. This facility is expected to become one of the most advanced aircraft maintenance centers in the world, supporting Emirates’ ever-growing fleet of Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s.
Candidates attending the Manila recruitment event will receive details on employment packages, training programs, career advancement paths, and relocation support. To qualify, applicants must have completed a commercial aircraft maintenance apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification) and possess at least five years of relevant work experience.
The Philippines is among the key destinations in Emirates’ global hiring campaign, reflecting the airline’s recognition of the strong technical capability and work ethic of Filipino aviation professionals.
With this recruitment effort, Emirates not only strengthens its workforce but also opens doors for Filipino technicians to be part of a world-class engineering team, keeping the airline’s reputation for safety and excellence.
